4 months Resources will be required to be onsite the first week of the engagement. Then they will be required to be on site for 3-4 consecutive days each following month
Requirements:
Designs and governs the platform foundation that enables secure, scalable, and reliable delivery of applications (including AI Landing Zones)—defining cloud/platform architecture, identity and automation patterns, and engineering standards to accelerate development teams. Key Responsibilities Design and govern the core cloud/platform foundation supporting secure, scalable, and reliable application delivery, including AI Landing Zones. Define reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails for cloud platforms, identity, and automation. Establish and maintain engineering standards, reusable templates, and automation to accelerate development teams. Partner with security, infrastructure, and application teams to embed security, compliance, and reliability into the platform by design. Drive adoption of platform capabilities through documentation, enablement, and collaboration with engineering teams. Qualifications Required Proven experience in cloud architecture or platform engineering (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on experience designing and implementing platform foundations (landing zones, VPC/VNet designs, CI/CD, observability, etc.). Strong knowledge of identity and access management (e.g., Azure AD/Entra
ID, IAM, SSO, RBAC
) and security best practices. Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). Solid understanding of modern application architectures (microservices, containers, APIs) and how platforms support them. Ability to define and document standards, patterns, and reference architectures for engineering teams. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide development teams. Preferred Experience designing AI or data platforms, including AI/ML landing zones or MLOps environments. Certifications in major cloud providers (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect).
