This role is responsible for ensuring structured cabling, fiber, telecom, BMS/EPMS systems, controls platforms, network infrastructure, and digital systems are fully coordinated, integrated, tested, validated, and startup-ready to support reliable facility operations. The Digital LV Infrastructure & Controls Director will work closely with construction, commissioning, IT, controls vendors, startup teams, and operations stakeholders to drive digital infrastructure readiness from installation through turnover.
Onsite Expectations:
50-70% field/site engagement depending on startup phase and integration complexity Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Lead digital infrastructure deployment and controls integration across regional projects Oversee structured cabling, fiber infrastructure, telecom systems, and pathway coordination Support network infrastructure readiness and digital systems turnover Drive BMS, EPMS, and controls integration readiness Ensure systems communications, interoperability, and controls sequence validation Coordinate controls vendors, construction teams, commissioning teams, IT, and operations stakeholders Support functional testing, startup readiness, and operational validation Identify, escalate, and mitigate controls, cabling, and integration risks Drive resolution of integration defects, communications issues, and startup blockers Validate installation quality, pathway coordination, and digital infrastructure compliance Support startup activities for integrated digital systems Ensure turnover packages are complete, accurate, and operationally usable Establish integration quality expectations and corrective action accountability Required Skills and Experience Strong experience leading low-voltage infrastructure, cabling, controls, BMS, EPMS, telecom, or digital infrastructure delivery in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction environments Deep understanding of structured cabling, fiber deployment, pathway coordination, telecom systems, and network infrastructure readiness Experience with

Expected onsite presence is approximately 50%-70% , depending on startup phase, project needs, and integration complexity.
Expected onsite engagement includes:
Validating pathway coordination and routing conditions in the field Verifying installation quality and digital infrastructure readiness Assessing controls integration progress directly onsite Participating in live sequence, functional, and interoperability testing Resolving integration conflicts with vendors, construction teams, commissioning, IT, and startup stakeholders Coordinating turnover readiness and operational handoff alignment Escalating controls and integration risks early and clearly Validating deficiencies are resolved before startup milestones Success in This Role Looks Like Cabling and controls systems are delivered on schedule Fiber and network infrastructure quality remains consistently high Controls systems integrate early with minimal rework Startup delays and integration conflicts are reduced Operational sequences validate successfully during testing Vendors align effectively during startup and commissioning Pathways remain coordinated and congestion-free Digital systems turnover occurs with minimal deficiencies Communications and interoperability issues are resolved early Integrated systems operate reliably at startup Turnover packages are complete, accurate, and operationally usable Digital infrastructure supports stable facility operations from day one Key Deliverables Digital infrastructure deployment plans Controls integration and coordination plans Fiber testing and certification reports Sequence validation and functional testing reports Pathway coordination and routing plans Controls readiness dashboards Integration risk and mitigation trackers Functional testing support documentation Low-voltage and controls turnover packages Integration issue tracking and resolution logs

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation. 9. 11 paid holidays 10.
