Job Description

Doing:
Lead Systems Operations:
Implement scalable, secure, high-performing system solutions with an enterprise mindset; in alignment with IT structural standards. Responsible for the configuration, maintenance, enhancement, and ongoing health of systems infrastructure and leading Level 2 systems service desk support.
Optimize System Performance:
Analyze, isolate, and address issues causing system efficiencies and present opportunities for improvement to IT leadership.
Resolve Performance Issues:
Troubleshoot areas of poor performance and identify effective solutions to resolve issues both in the immediate future and for the longer term.
Drive Cost Efficiency:
Identify and manage cost optimization opportunities, regularly driving down the cost of commodity IT and always maintaining a value for cost mindset.
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, Entra ID, Disaster Recovery, PowerShell, SQL, Backup systems, Virtualization (VMWare), Windows systems including Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS. Results-based experience performing a lead infrastructure role. Ability to make challenging decisions in a timely fashion across highly complex and multidimensional environments. Authorized to work in the United States.
