Opportunity:
In this role, you will coordinate with the Corporate Risk Management Framework Support Center, Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), & other ISSMs across the company, to obtain and maintain certifications and accreditations under the Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency (DCSA) and Intelligence Community (IC) Risk Management Framework.
What You'll Do:
Lead system accreditation efforts and maintain compliance with DoD and government security requirements throughout the system lifecycle Monitor and maintain the security posture of classified networks and standalone systems, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies Develop and manage system security documentation, policies, and procedures in alignment with NISP and organizational standards Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to leadership, the Facility Security Officer (FSO), and external agencies on information systems security Conduct security assessments, audits, and user training while investigating incidents and driving continuous improvement of the overall security posture

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or a related field) 5+ years of experience in information systems security, including work as an ISSO or ISSM supporting Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes Current Department of Defense (DoD) Information Assurance Manager (IAM) level II certification (CISM, CISSP, CAP)
What Sets You Apart:
DoD Approved 8570 IAM Level III Certification Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption, and other industry-standard security practices Effective communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and senior stakeholders Experience with DCSA accreditation processes and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) Familiarity with security compliance tools such as SCAP Compliance Checker and
DISA STIG
Viewer Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange environments in secure settings
