What You'll Do Manage security integration projects from customer engagement through project closeout. Review plans, specifications, and customer requirements to develop project estimates, scopes of work, and cost proposals. Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and procurement activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, general contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Track project costs, labor productivity, schedules, and overall profitability. Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and project documentation. Conduct site visits, project meetings, and progress reviews to ensure successful project execution. Identify project risks, scope gaps, and value-engineering opportunities during both pre-construction and active project phases. Support business development efforts by assisting with estimates, proposals, and scope development for new opportunities. Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure seamless project handoff and execution. Ensure compliance with company safety policies, industry standards, and customer requirements. What We're Looking For/Required Qualifications 3+ years of project management experience in the security integration, low-voltage, or electrical contracting industry. Working knowledge of access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion detection, intercom, and network-based security systems. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and Division 28 documents. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and customer relationship skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software. Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience with platforms such as Genetec, LenelS2, Avigilon, Milestone, Software House, Gallagher, or similar enterprise security systems. Experience developing project budgets, estimates, and change order pricing. NICET, PSP, PMP, or other industry certifications. Background in low-voltage construction, electrical contracting, or security system installation. Physical Requirements Ability to travel to project sites and wear required PPE. Ability to stand and walk on jobsites for extended periods. Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionally. Ability to inspect work in active construction environments.
