Our client is seeking a mid-level Security Engineer to support its research-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to balance security best practices while enabling innovation and flexibility for engineering and research teams. The team is specifically looking for an engineer who can operate autonomously, adapt to evolving environments, and work collaboratively with researchers without becoming overly process
  • or policy-heavy.
The focus is on enablement and practical security solutions rather than rigid governance. Required Qualifications 4 6 years of hands-on experience in Security Engineering or related cybersecurity roles Strong foundational knowledge of: o System Security o Network Security o Security Best Practices Experience working in flexible, fast-paced engineering or R D-driven environments Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical stakeholders Technical Experience GitHub Advanced Security Security Scorecard
