As a part of our Legal team, you'll help uphold Apple's high ethical and corporate standards by providing legal support to teams securing Apple's products and software. As Cybersecurity Counsel, you will serve as trusted legal advisor to Apple's security engineering and architecture teams, providing guidance on cybersecurity related aspects of Apple's hardware , software and services. This role will report through the Privacy Legal team and will offer the opportunity to work directly with key members of the cybersecurity, business, engineering and legal teams on a variety of cutting-edge projects. Serving as primary legal advisor to cybersecurity teams protecting Apple's hardware, software and services\\nAdvising Apple's threat intelligence teams, including on analysis, and sharing of threat data\\nTracking and analyzing evolving global cybersecurity regulations and standards, and working with regulatory and product legal teams to advise the business on compliance obligations\\nPartnering with policy teams to evaluate, shape, and respond to proposed cybersecurity legislation, regulatory guidance, and industry standards that affect Apple's hardware products\\nSupporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of internal cybersecurity policies, governance frameworks, and compliance programs\\nResponding to cybersecurity and privacy incidents 4+ years of experience (either at a law firm, government agency, non-governmental organization, and/or in-house) in cybersecurity or privacy law\\nDeep knowledge of cybersecurity laws, and regulatory and other guidance and standards\\nJD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar Experience advising on cybersecurity issues related to hardware, software and services\\nExperience with best practices related to threat intelligence and cybersecurity related investigations \\nAble to clearly organize and inform through excellent written and verbal communications\\nAbility to lead, take action, and provide direction in the face of ambiguity\\nExperience quickly issue-spotting, analyzing, and clearly communicating legal advice on complex issues\\nAbility to get results in diverse, fast paced environments\\nAbility to multi-task across diverse business units and geographical boundaries\\nStrong analytical capability with attention to detail\\nAbility to partner at all levels of the organization
