Platform Engineering & Optimization
Configure, maintain, and optimize assigned security platforms, with primary focus on network and web security capabilities (e.g., detection, access control, and traffic inspection)
Continuously refine policies, detection logic, and system configurations to improve signal quality, reduce false positives, and enhance visibility
Evaluate and apply platform features and enhancements to strengthen security posture and operational effectiveness
Ensure platform health, telemetry integrity, and appropriate coverage across environments
Alert Analysis & Investigation Support
Analyze alerts generated by security platforms and determine appropriate action based on risk and context
Apply judgment to distinguish between benign activity and potentially malicious behavior
Perform initial investigation and escalate findings when broader coordination or response is required
Contribute platform-specific expertise during incident response activities
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to security controls, including access disruptions, false positives, and policy conflicts
Apply practical, risk-based decisions when adjusting controls to balance security requirements with business operations
Collaborate with relevant IT and engineering teams (and the business where necessary) to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
Cross-Platform Contribution
Develop working knowledge across multiple security domains (endpoint, email, vulnerability, cloud) to support team resilience
Serve as a secondary resource for other platforms as needed for investigations, troubleshooting, or operational support
Collaborate with peers to ensure continuity of coverage across the security toolset
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve detection accuracy, operational workflows, and control effectiveness
Contribute to development of processes, playbooks, and best practices
Support efforts to strengthen overall security capability through practical enhancements rather than reliance on new tooling
Collaboration & Communication
Work effectively with IT and Engineering teams to implement and maintain security controls
Communicate technical findings, risks, and impacts in a clear and structured manner
Translate technical issues into business-relevant context when necessary
Maintain a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach in cross-functional engagements On-Call & Operational Support
Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours response to high-priority security events or operational issues
Respond to incidents and production-impacting issues in a timely and structured manner
Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field. Minimum five (5) years of experience in information security, network security or infrastructure security.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred. Pay Range:

Verifies all models and impression of the cases. Thoroughly reads all notes and instructions included with the case before nesting. Ensures the machine is clean and free from extra material from the vat. Checks the proper level of resin inside the vat. Ensures all print job is clean and all resin is removed from the print job. Matches correct printed crown to the cases. Scans all the cases going out of the printing room using GO location scan. Communicates with colleagues and managers in a prompt articulate manner. Documents actions by completing forms, logs and reports. Works closely with quality control specialists and addresses all issues regarding quality standards. Follows quality standard protocol. Recognizes and reports problem cases or cases that need additional work. Prepares equipment and materials (resin, alcohol). Relies on technical knowledge to make decisions and accomplish departmental goals. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by management. Education and Experience:

Oversees and processes incoming maintenance order and replenishment requests; responds and executes order requests/deliveries in a timely manner. Maintains appropriate systemss payment information. Inputs receivable payments within an allotted time frame. Generates and prints monthly customer statements and past due letters. Provides excellent customer service with requests regarding current and previous account balances, collection issues, processing customer refunds, reviewing and processing account adjustments, and resolving client discrepancies. Monitors and maintains assigned accounts to ensure calls, account adjustments, and customer reconciliations are completed in a timely manner. Accurately recodes all payments received to provide correct balance data. Maintains a high volume outbound call quota to assigned delinquent customers and responsible for reducing the number of assigned delinquencies. Answers inbound calls to assist with accounting inquiries, payments, and disputes. Reconciles customer disputes pertaining to payment of outstanding balances due. Communicates, interfaces, and troubleshoots with accounting department and outside vendors as needed. Communicates and follows up with internal call centers, supervisors, and department managers regarding customer accounts and discrepancies. Provides administrative support and excellent customer service to all internal and external customers such as but not limited to answering inbound telephone calls, making outbound collection calls, updating related account information, researching accounts, and inputting call notes in order to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships.
