Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Manager of Cybersecurity Threat Intelligence to lead the organization's threat intelligence program, team, and strategy. This role is responsible for ensuring threat intelligence is timely, actionable, and aligned to business and security priorities, while managing and developing a team of analysts. The Manager will serve as the primary owner of threat intelligence operations, partnering closely with SOC, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, Vulnerability Management, and other IT teams to reduce risk from emerging and active threats. Responsibilities Own and mature the cybersecurity threat intelligence program across tactical, operational, and strategic levels Define threat intelligence objectives, priorities, and success metrics aligned to organizational risk Ensure intelligence drives measurable improvements in detection, response, and prevention Track geopolitical, criminal, hacktivist, and nation-state activity relevant to the business Develop and maintain intelligence reporting standards, workflows, and governance Lead, mentor, and develop a team of threat intelligence analysts Oversee collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence from internal and external sources Ensure effective use and optimization of Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs), feeds, and tooling Provide leadership-level support during major security incidents and investigations Translate complex threat activity into clear risk narratives for executives and stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact for threat intelligence across the organization Brief senior leadership and executives on threat landscape and emerging risks Partner with SOC, IR, Threat Hunting, Vulnerability Management, and GRC teams Support budget planning and vendor management related to threat intelligence tools and services Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with deep experience in threat intelligence, incident response, or threat hunting Experience leading teams or managing security programs Strong understanding of threat actors, attack campaigns, malware, and adversary tradecraft Expertise with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain, and Diamond Model Experience with SIEM, EDR, SOAR, and Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIPs) Proven ability to communicate technical threats in business and risk terms Strong leadership, decision-making, and prioritization skills Experience in large enterprise, regulated, or critical infrastructure environments
