Role Description ZSI Group is staffing a major special event in Santa Barbara from June 8-14, 2026 . We are looking for experienced, licensed security agents who show up prepared, conduct themselves professionally, and take the work seriously. Responsibilities include maintaining assigned posts, access control, crowd monitoring, incident reporting, and coordinating with the ZSI operations team throughout the deployment. Agents who perform well will be considered for future contracts with ZSI — this is a real opportunity to build a long-term relationship with a firm that has been in the business for 25 years.
