Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience developing and maintaining software using C++. Experience designing, developing, and optimizing back-end systems. Experience architecting, developing, and deploying large-scale distributed systems. Experience with database query languages (e.g., SQL) and data modeling techniques.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience as an architect or technical lead on large projects. Experience designing and operating highly available, high load, and low latency distributed services. Experience in Identity and Access Management or Security. Experience driving collaborative cross-functional initiatives. Familiarity with AI tools like JetSki/Antigravity, Claude Code or Cursor.
