Chief of Staff / Director - Global Cybersecurity Operations | Contract We are seeking a strategic cybersecurity leader to serve as the right hand to the CISO, driving operational excellence, governance, and enterprise-wide security initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning, OKRs/KPIs, and cybersecurity governance
- Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and portfolio execution
- Act as the CISO's proxy in executive meetings and critical initiatives
- Oversee cross-functional cybersecurity programs and global operations
- Prepare board-level presentations translating cyber risk into business impact
- Coordinate incident response communications and organizational change efforts
Required Skills:
- 10+ years in Cybersecurity, IT Operations, or Management Consulting
- 7+ years of leadership/management experience
- Strong understanding of
GRC, SOC
operations, and cloud security- Experience managing PMOs, Agile teams, and large-scale initiatives
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
Preferred:
- Leadership experience within enterprise cybersecurity organizations
