- Full-time AI Implementation & Security Manager Position Summary We are seeking an experienced AI Implementation & Security Manager to lead the deployment, governance, and security of AI technologies across the organization.
This role will drive AI adoption while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, privacy, risk management, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation and adoption of AI solutions, including Generative AI, automation, and workflow optimization tools. Develop and maintain AI governance, security, and risk management frameworks. Evaluate AI platforms, vendors, and technologies, conducting security and compliance reviews. Establish policies and best practices for responsible AI use, data privacy, and information security. Partner with IT, Compliance, Legal, and business leaders to identify and implement AI opportunities. Monitor emerging AI risks, threats, and regulatory developments. Develop employee training programs focused on AI usage, security, and governance. Manage AI-related projects, budgets, and vendor relationships. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology governance, AI implementation, or information security. Experience with Generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) and AI governance. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data privacy, cloud security, and risk management. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Master's degree and/or certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or AI Governance certifications. Experience in healthcare, compliance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
