Industry Experience:

Experience supporting managed security operations, vulnerability management, and incident response

Technical Knowledge:

Microsoft Defender, identity and access management (IAM), MFA, vulnerability scanning, endpoint security

Security Skills:

Threat detection, remediation workflows, security policy enforcement, patch management, risk mitigation

Compliance Skills:

Governance procedures, audit readiness, security documentation, access reviews

Public Sector Experience:

Experience supporting regulated or public-sector environments preferred

Education:

Bachelor s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Required Certifications:

CompTIA Security+ or equivalent

Preferred Certifications:

CISSP, Microsoft Security Certifications, CEH, Fortinet Security Certifications
