Job Description

Responsibilities Design, implement, and support Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Configure and manage:

Single Sign-On (SSO) Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Lifecycle Management User Provisioning and Deprovisioning Access Governance and Certifications Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, and LDAP. Develop and maintain Okta workflows and automation. Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and federation issues. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams. Support compliance, audit, and access review requirements. Create technical documentation and operational procedures. Required Skills 3-7+ years of IAM experience. Strong hands-on experience with Okta.

Knowledge of:

SAML OAuth 2.0 OpenID Connect (OIDC) SCIM LDAP/Active Directory Experience with

RBAC, JML

(Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes, and access governance. Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or JavaScript) preferred. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Preferred Certifications Okta Certified Professional Okta Certified Administrator Okta Certified Consultant Security+ or CISSP (preferred)
