  • Cybersecurity Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Cybersecurity expertise to lead and deliver 3-4 concurrent, high‑priority security initiatives .
This role requires strong project leadership, cross‑functional coordination, and a solid understanding of cybersecurity domains to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and security objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage 3-4 critical cybersecurity projects simultaneously, from initiation through delivery. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers. Coordinate with Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to drive execution. Ensure cybersecurity projects align with enterprise security strategy, regulatory requirements, and risk posture . Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs; provide clear, executive‑level reporting and status updates. Facilitate governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications. Ensure proper documentation, change management, and post‑implementation reviews. Support vendor management and third‑party engagements where applicable. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience , with direct experience managing cybersecurity or information security projects . Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, high‑impact projects concurrently . Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as: Security architecture and controls Identity and access management (IAM) Vulnerability management Incident response Risk, compliance, and regulatory frameworks Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Proven ability to operate effectively in high‑pressure, delivery‑focused environments . Preferred Qualifications Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum). Cybersecurity certification or coursework (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+). Experience with cybersecurity programs such as cloud security, zero trust, SOC initiatives, or regulatory audits (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2). Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments. Key Competencies Strong organizational and prioritization skills Risk‑driven decision making Executive presence and concise communication Ability to translate cybersecurity requirements into actionable project plans High attention to detail with a results‑oriented mindset
