Roark locations. They will be responsible for implementing and maintaining comprehensive information security program in adherence to CMMCv2 requirements. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain network and server environments including monitoring and security related software. Design, configure, and maintain local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and wireless networks. Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices, including routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and managed switches. Install, configure, manage, and patch virtual and physical server operating systems (primarily Windows Server). Administer network services, including DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Radius/802.1X and VPN. Monitor system performance and network traffic to proactively identify/resolve issues and maintain security posture. Monitoring, maintaining, and auditing of SIEM solution (Log360). Ensure network connectivity, performance, and security. Enforce and facilitate corporate security policies, including identity and access management (IAM) protocols. Planning upgrades to IT infrastructure and other related projects. Assist users with technical issue as needed. Ensure technical adherence to NIST 800-171/CMMCv2 controls. Advise on security questionnaires from clients regarding CMMC certification and adherence. Advise on security requirements and regulations in regards to future technologies and/or changes in software or procedures. Requirements Knowledge of WAN/LAN infrastructure with a strong understanding of VLANing and network segregation. Firewall (Palo Alto) expertise including VPN (GlobalProtect) configuration. Knowledge of routing/switching technologies. Windows Server environment experience Microsoft 365 hybrid environment experience Linux server experience a plus Familiarity with NIST 800-171 and/or CMMC requirements VMWare/vSphere & Hyper-V experience Familiarity with ManageEngine products preferred Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in network security and systems administration. Strong experience with WAN, LAN, and Windows server technologies Bachelor's degree in related field preferred Work Environment On-site at the Brownsburg, IN office. Occasional travel to other C.F Roark locations. Physical Requirements Ability to carry IT equipment (servers, switches, routers, PC's, etc.) to different locations within the facility. Ability to bend, maneuver, and fit into tight spaces to install, connect, and service equipment.
