Mentor Job Superintendents, Installation Technicians, and Engineers to achieve project goals.

Support the pre-sale phase by providing estimation reviews, whether through direct sales collaboration or bid-driven opportunities.

Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in construction, A/V, or engineering. Strong skills in leadership, communication (oral and written), time management, and problem solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & project management software. Knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations is a plus.
