Job Description

Security Manager Position SummaryThe Business Intelligence Analyst serves as the Security Manager and reporting lead responsible for developing data-driven insights, performance metrics, dashboards, compliance reporting, and operational analytics supporting an
ARCHIBUS
program. This role ensures data quality, reporting accuracy, information security compliance, and executive visibility into facilities, assets, maintenance operations, and program performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance organizational dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze facilities, maintenance, occupancy, asset, lease, and operational data to support decision-making.
  • Design and deliver executive reports, trend analyses, and business intelligence products.
  • Support data governance, data quality, and reporting standardization efforts.
  • Monitor system security, access controls, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Coordinate security reviews, audit support activities, and compliance documentation.
  • Support CMMC, NIST, cybersecurity, and information assurance initiatives as applicable.
  • Develop automated reporting and data visualization solutions.
  • Identify business trends, risks, and opportunities through advanced data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and performance measures.
  • Ensure reporting supports strategic planning, operational management, and contract performance objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
  • Experience analyzing enterprise operational data and performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, reporting platforms, and database systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal government contracts and programs.
  • Experience with
ARCHIBUS
reporting and analytics.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar reporting platforms.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity compliance frameworks including NIST and CMMC.
  • Experience supporting audit readiness, compliance monitoring, and security reporting.
