Internship Location:
On-Site Position Summary Entry-level internship supporting the CIU team with day-to-day security operations. The intern will assist with phishing triage, help desk ticket review, and threat escalation under the direction of the Senior Cybersecurity Architect. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities- Manage and triage submissions in KnowBe4 PhishER, classify reported emails as threat or benign
- Review incoming Help Desk tickets for potential security indicators
- Escalate confirmed or suspected threats to the Senior Cybersecurity Architect with a clear summary
- Document actions taken by team procedures Key Requirements Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently completed a degree or certification program in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
- Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
- Candidates should demonstrate foundational knowledge in networking, systems, and security concepts.
