Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer to join our dynamic team, focusing on enhancing our cybersecurity measures. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment while working with cutting-edge technologies. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive penetration testing on web applications and APIs, ensuring robust security measures are in place. Execute end-to-end penetration tests, including scoping, exploitation, validation, and reporting. Identify and document web application vulnerabilities while providing actionable remediation guidance. Collaborate with engineering teams to validate and remediate identified vulnerabilities effectively. Utilize security testing tools, including Burp Suite, Nmap, and various exploitation frameworks. Script and automate testing workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience in penetration testing, particularly in enterprise environments. Strong understanding of web application vulnerabilities, including OWASP Top 10. Proficiency in security testing tools and methodologies. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to provide clear and actionable insights. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively across departments. Preferred Skills Experience with mobile application and hardware/embedded systems testing. Familiarity with PCI-related penetration testing requirements. Participation in bug bounty programs, including triage and validation. Exposure to threat modeling and risk identification. Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, or CISSP.
