Security Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves ensuring the security of our network infrastructure and requires a proactive individual with a passion for technology. Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage network firewall policies to enhance security measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute network security changes effectively. Conduct firewall changes during scheduled cutovers, ensuring minimal disruption. Perform troubleshooting and provide real-time decision-making during deployments. Document and maintain policies and procedures related to network security. Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience with network firewalls in production environments. Strong proficiency in designing and modifying firewall policies. Experience with multiple firewall platforms, such as Check Point and Palo Alto. Solid understanding of Linux systems, particularly Ubuntu, and network configuration. Preferred Skills Experience in supply chain or multi-site environments. Familiarity with change management processes in high-availability settings. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
