Information Security Analyst #26-03701 CHANDLER, AZ Las Colinas, TX Charlotte, NC On-site Contract Starts 3/29/2026 Ends 3/28/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Security Configuration Baseline Engineer for a hybrid or remote position with a Global Financial Institution located in Las Colinas, TX, Charlotte, NC, or Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract to hire opportunity. The Security Configuration Baseline Engineer is responsible for designing, engineering, and operationalizing security configuration baselines across enterprise technology platforms. This role sits at the intersection of GRC, cloud security architecture, and automation, translating policy requirements and industry standards into codified, enforceable, and auditable security baselines to enable enterprise-scale governance.

Responsibilities:

Consult onplex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Information Security Analysis Review and analyzeplex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Information Security Analysis challenges Contribute to the resolution ofplex situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, andpliance requirements Convert standards, policies, and risk requirements into baseline as code Enable preventative controls, drift detection, exception workflows, and enterprise scale governance

Requirements:

5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or abination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education 5+ years of experience in cloud technology, cloud security, platform security, or security engineering 3+ years of experience with Risk and Control 3 to 5 years of experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) 2 to 4 years of software development experience with Python, including writing scripts Hands on experience with security configuration baselines or hardening standards Strong working knowledge of Public cloud platforms (Azure and/or GCP preferred), Policy as code or guardrail frameworks, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform) Experience mapping security controls to industry standards (CIS, NIST, ISO) Experience operating in large, regulated enterprise environments Desired skills: Experience with a baseline as code program Familiarity with industry standards and authoritative sources (ie

NIST, CSA, CIS

benchmark) Familiarity with cloud organization level controls (management groups, folders, org policies) Experience with CI/CD integration of security controls Exposure to risk management, audit response, or regulatory examinations Background in automating governance processes (exception workflows, control validation, reporting) Ability to produce clear, structured, audit ready documentation Engineering mindset with strong governance discipline Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
