Job Description
Contract Tester (Akron, USA) We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Contract Tester to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Contract Tester, you will be responsible for conducting various tests on software and applications to ensure their functionality and effectiveness. This is a contract position with a salary of $1100 per month.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct various tests on software and applications according to test plans and specifications
- Identify and report any bugs or issues found during testing
- Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results and any changes made during testing process
- Communicate test results and progress to project managers and team members
- Continuously update testing methods and procedures to improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Previous experience in software testing is not required but would be considered an asset
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
