  • About 100 servers and databases
  • 90% DB2 on AIX, 10% DB2 on Linux in Azure
  • DB2 versions 10.1, 10.5, 11.1, 11.5,
  • Demand can fluctuate depending on project work
  • Percentage ticket vs project work (25% to 75%)
  • After hours support is needed (Need to be on call)
  • Create new databases, upgrades, configure security standards, verify backups
  • Perform restores
  • Performance monitoring & troubleshooting
  • Expected US Hours
  • DB2 TSA/Pacemaker High Availability Skill Set is needed
  • Understanding of DB2 security model
  • 25 ticket requests per month
  • Clear Communicator
  • Can work with US data
  • Ability to step in and contribute day 1
