Location:
New Albany, Ohio Schedule:
1st Shift | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Must have availability to support additional shift , when necessary
Compensation:
$63,897.60 annually
Requirement:
Must be able to obtain PGIS security license Security Coordinator The Security Administrative Coordinator delivers the daily operational and clerical support for the onsite Security Operations Team at the Data Centre. The Security Administrative Coordinator will support general operational administrative functions such as communications, report checking, data entry, stock replenishment and other general assignments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Maintain a site security calendar to support overall operational effectiveness. Verify all shift handover reports have been filed and the customer is aware of any issues. Assist in the maintenance of a master training matrix for the site security team to support the Training Coordinator. Administration of onboarding / offboarding as required by Vendor and/or Meta. Update Management on status of projects and tasks during operational meetings. Support the management of onsite escort request process to include; scheduling, metrics and communications. Record and document meetings; manage the assignment of tasks and timelines - ensure the team delivers within set schedules. Audit and track restocking of officer uniforms ensuring compliance with quality and standards. Coordinate and compile the monthly site report for presentation to customers. Ensure alignment and standardization of regional documentation and reporting templates. Ensure all site relevant documentation is stored securely and accessible as required, maintain a document management system for all reports, SOPs and other relevant documentation. Assist as required in audit and compliance reviews for the site. Uniformed security personnel as per global standards. Education High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, business administration, or a related field preferred. Relevant coursework or training in security operations, emergency management, or risk assessment is a plus. Experience 2-5 years of experience in security operations, facilities security, corporate security, or a related field. Prior experience coordinating security activities, schedules, access control, or incident response. Experience working with contract security providers or internal security teams preferred. Knowledge & Technical Skills Working knowledge of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarm monitoring, and visitor management systems. Familiarity with incident reporting, investigations, and basic risk assessment methodologies. Understanding of security policies, procedures, and post orders. Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and security management systems. Core Competencies Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills for incident reports and stakeholder coordination. Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in high-pressure or emergency situations. Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
