Overview:

Cyber threats evolve every day, and protecting our customers' information is one of the most important things we do. We are seeking an Information Security Analyst who is curious, analytical, and motivated to stay ahead of emerging cybersecurity threats. In this role, you will help monitor security systems, investigate alerts, and strengthen the tools and controls that protect the Bank's systems and data. Working closely with our Technology and Risk teams, you will play an important role in supporting the Bank's Information Security Program, helping ensure our security practices remain strong, effective, and aligned with regulatory expectations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, digging into details, and continuously learning in the fast-changing cybersecurity landscape. It also offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across security monitoring, risk management, and regulatory cybersecurity practices within a growing financial institution.

What You'll Do:

Day in the Life - In this role, your day will often begin by reviewing security alerts generated by our monitoring tools and investigating anything that looks unusual. You'll dig into potential threats, determine whether activity is legitimate, and work with our technology team to respond quickly if something requires action. You'll also help identify and reduce vulnerabilities in our systems by supporting vulnerability management efforts and recommending improvements that strengthen our defenses. As new threats emerge, you'll research and analyze them to understand potential risks to the Bank and help determine appropriate safeguards. Another important part of the role is helping ensure our security controls remain effective. You'll assist with testing security controls, supporting internal and external audits, and gathering documentation for regulatory examinations. You'll collaborate with team members across the organization to support security awareness initiatives, assist with vendor cybersecurity reviews, and help document procedures that keep our security practices consistent and well understood. Takes:
