moderate platform to enable seamless real-time data sharing between emergency responders and civil authorities. The system must balance strict cybersecurity requirements with the need to securely share unclassified information beyond NNPP, ensuring operational success in continually evolving high-stakes environments. The Cybersecurity Analyst will play a key role in driving collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring vendor compliance, and supporting deployment across the global Program. Additionally, opportunities exist to develop low code/no code solutions to enhance emergency preparedness systems.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and software vendors to oversee cybersecurity compliance throughout the development lifecycle of this dual-environment system. Drive efforts to gain authorization to operate (ATO) for both the classified and CUI moderate systems, ensuring alignment with evolving National Security and Federal cybersecurity standards. Enable secure data-sharing capabilities between NNPP systems and civil authorities, supporting emergency response efforts. Provide oversight of the software vendor to ensure compliance with complex cybersecurity and operational requirements. Assist with system deployment and ongoing support across globally distributed NNPP sites. Develop and implement low code/no code solutions to enhance emergency preparedness and response operations across the Program. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
