The Team You'll Join The Cyber Delivery & Transformation Lead is a senior leader embedded within the Cyber Security organization, responsible for how security work gets planned, prioritized, executed, measured, and communicated. This role partners directly with the CISO and Cyber leadership team to facilitate strategy and roadmap planning, establish a strong operating rhythm, manage the portfolio of cyber initiatives, align security delivery to enterprise standards, and ensure the security program operates effectively, efficiently, and with no surprises. The role acts as the operational backbone of the Cyber organization, connecting strategy to execution, enabling clarity of priorities, disciplined delivery, and high‑confidence reporting, while ensuring security remains tightly aligned to business objectives, enterprise delivery models, and regulatory expectations. How You ' ll Contribute Cyber Strategy & Roadmap Planning Partner with the CISO and Cyber leadership team to facilitate security strategy development and multi‑year roadmap planning. Translate strategic objectives into clear, sequenced roadmaps that balance risk reduction, regulatory commitments, platform resilience, and business enablement. Ensure roadmaps are realistic, prioritized, and aligned to available capacity and enterprise planning cycles. Drive alignment between strategy, roadmap, and day‑to‑day execution, ensuring strategic intent is reflected in delivery decisions. Support ongoing refinement of strategy and roadmap based on changing risk, threat landscape, business priorities, and execution learnings. Cyber Portfolio & Program Leadership Own and manage the end to end portfolio of Cyber Security initiatives, including strategic programs, roadmap initiatives, regulatory commitments, and operational improvements. Establish and maintain clear prioritization, sequencing, and capacity planning aligned to strategy, risk, regulatory drivers, and business priorities. Provide continuous visibility into delivery status, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across the cyber portfolio. Drive execution discipline and follow through across security teams while preserving clear functional ownership and accountability. Operating Rhythm & Ways of Working Design, implement, and continuously improve the operating rhythm of the Cyber Security organization, including planning cycles, execution reviews, and leadership forums. Define and standardize security ways of working (intake, prioritization, delivery tracking, agile practices) that scale with the organization. Ensure Cyber ways of working are aligned with centralized PMO and Delivery organizations, while remaining fit for purpose in a risk driven security environment. Act as the primary point of alignment between Cyber Security and enterprise PMO / Delivery teams on cadence, artifacts, and execution expectations. Balance standardization with pragmatism, enabling security teams to respond rapidly to incidents, threats, and regulatory demands without breaking enterprise rhythm. Identify and drive opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of the Cyber Security program. Leverage automation, tooling, and improved workflows to reduce execution risk and operational overhead. Metrics, OKRs & Performance Management Own the Cyber Security metrics and reporting program, including data collection processes, governance, tooling, and reporting cadence. Partner with the CISO and Cyber leadership team to define, evolve, and operationalize security OKRs. Work closely with functional security leaders who own individual metrics and outcomes, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accountability. Align security metrics and reporting with centralized, enterprise level reporting frameworks, supporting consolidated executive and board reporting. Produce decision oriented reporting that highlights trends, delivery confidence, and risk posture, rather than raw activity metrics. Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of reporting, reducing manual effort and increasing signal. Governance & Leadership Enablement Play a central role in security governance forums and executive committees. Support agenda setting, decision framing, and follow through for leadership and governance meetings. Track and drive closure of actions and commitments arising from governance decisions. Ensure governance forums are focused on outcomes, risk, and execution, not status updates. Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk. What You ' ll Need to Bring 10+ years of experience in program, portfolio, or delivery leadership, including significant experience in or closely aligned to Cyber / Information Security. Proven success operating at Director level or above in complex, regulated environments. Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes without direct authority. Deep expertise in program and portfolio management. Strong command of agile and modern delivery practices, applied pragmatically. Solid understanding of information security domains, risk management, and regulatory expectations. Experience facilitating strategy and roadmap planning with senior leaders. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to translate technical and security topics into clear, executive level messaging. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws. This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
