Job description: Company Overview Thriving cybersecurity and managed IT services firm, is seeking qualified team members. They are rapidly growing as they expand their leading cybersecurity and IT services organization serving clients throughout the country. Due to this+, we're looking for a Security Analyst to help support our increasing client needs. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think critically about security issues. As a Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents, as well as helping to develop and implement security policies and procedures. Responsibilities Monitor and analyze security events and incidents Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols Respond to and investigate security breaches and incidents Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats and trends Prepare and present reports on security findings and recommendations Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices Requirements Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cybersecurity role Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, and techniques Experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus Benefits Competitive salary and performance bonuses Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement savings plan with company match Professional development and training opportunities Flexible work environment and remote work options Generous paid time off and holidays
