Job Description
Wells Fargo is seeking an Engineering Associate within the Cybersecurity organization to support Secure Network Services. The Cybersecurity group is responsible for protecting the company from cyber threats, engaging with Wells Fargo businesses, assessing information security risk, providing identity services, performing security engineering, and operating the Cybersecurity function. In this role, you will contribute to the development and support of secure network and application services that help safeguard enterprise systems and data. You will work alongside experienced engineers to implement secure coding practices, support cybersecurity tools and platforms, and integrate security controls into applications and infrastructure. This role provides hands-on experience in application security, identity and access management, and secure service development in a highly regulated environment. This position is ideal for early-career engineers seeking to build foundational experience in cybersecurity engineering, secure application development, and enterprise security operations across modern and legacy environments. You will also participate in the Career Opportunities in Development and Engineering (CODE) Program. The CODE program is a two-year engineering development experience designed for individuals who are early in their technical careers. The program is intended for candidates with approximately 6 months to 2 years of hands-on engineering experience. The CODE Program offers meaningful, real-world work combined with structured professional development, mentorship, and exposure to a broad range of technologies across the enterprise. Upon successful completion of the program, participants are eligible for promotion and continued employment, subject to business needs and performance expectations.

- + Maintain secure web applications and services using Microsoft .
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Technology Engineering and Solutions experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- + 6+ months of hands-on experience in backend development, including Microsoft .
Job Expectations:
- + The selected candidate for this role must be able to begin employment by July 12, 2026, in a full‑time capacity.

- Pay Range
- Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $28.85 - $52.40
