Information Security Coordinator Location:
La Crosse, WI (Onsite at Kwik Trip Support Center)
Job Type:
Full-time Kwik Trip Inc.'s Information Security Department is seeking an individual to join our identity security team as an Identity Security Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for managing and safeguarding digital identities within Kwik Trip Inc. This role involves overseeing the creation, maintenance, and security of user accounts, access permissions, and associated identity-related information. This role ensures the availability and integrity of user accounts as well as the enforcement of least privilege principles for resources, systems, and information both critical and non-critical.
Responsibilities:
Create and configure user/service accounts. Administer, monitor, and maintain user accounts, ensuring compliance with security policies and best practices. Manage and delegate permissions to ensure appropriate access levels are maintained. Collaborate with various teams to facilitate the secure onboarding and offboarding of employees and vendors. Ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and company policies. Assist in incident response activities, investigating and mitigating security incidents as needed.
Requirements:
Associate degree in a related field and at least one year of related experience. Relevant certifications in related fields is a plus. Driven to develop skills in information security, SAML, IAM, and PAM. Experience with Microsoft enterprise administration tools such as Active Directory, M365 Admin, and Exchange. Experience with scripting and automation is a plus (ex., PowerShell, Python, etc.) Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday (hybrid), daytime hours with a rotation cycle for on call. Work on weekends, holidays, and non-business hours may be required.
