Responsibilities:
Manage the provisioning of GCC High (GCCH) accounts and configure secure GCCH identities and robust access controls. Lead and manage Intune support, configuration, and device compliance policies to ensure secure enterprise user access. Oversee the migration of approximately 150 users' accounts, endpoints, and associated data from a GCC High environment back to the commercial tenant. Configure and enforce Conditional Access policies and identity synchronization to protect enterprise assets. Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments and drive endpoint readiness to facilitate seamless onboarding and user adoption. Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field required. Alternatively, candidates with at least 10 years of relevant desktop administration experience and Microsoft certifications will also be considered. Ability to work with sensitive data, which requires them to be a US Citizen. Strong technical background in enterprise Microsoft cloud environments, specifically Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Intune. Demonstrated experience configuring Intune policies, device compliance, and Conditional Access rules. Hands-on experience with GCC High identity management and tenant-to-tenant migrations. Proven ability to support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), identity synchronization, and endpoint deployment. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills to guide users through migration phases.
