A manager for the team who can provide the technical and procedural foundation for securing Franciscan Alliance's products, systems and information.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

Ability to come onsite to meet with vendors occasionally Work with the Director to align the information security department's roadmap with Franciscan's business needs. Define the annual and multi-year department roadmap. Define departmental requirements and recommendations for acquiring new security tools. Manage internal and external staff responsible for security engineering. Consult on technology and application security solutions. Coordinate with other department leaders on the design and implementation of security controls. Review and ensures teams meet SLAs. Regularly work with business leaders and departments to integrate security controls into operational workflow. Assist in technical audits, investigations and potential security breaches. Evaluate/certify technical adherence of system to established security standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree IT-related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, MIS, Information Security)

• Required Master's Degree IT-related discipline (e.g. Computer Science, MIS, Information Security)
• Preferred 7 years Information Security work experience
• Required 10+ years In lieu of Bachelors Degree, Information security work experience
• Required 3 years Supervising or leading a cyber security or technology team
• Required 7 years Healthcare industry, audit experience
• Preferred Certified IS Security Professional (CISSP)
• International Information System Security Certification Consortium

CISM, CISA, SANS

GIAC or other industry-recognized certification obtained within 180 days of hire
