PPO Qualified Manager

About Us:

We are a growing private security firm based in Fremont, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality protective services. We are currently seeking a licensed and experienced Qualified Manager (QM) to oversee our operations and ensure full compliance with BSIS regulations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the company's PPO license in good standing with BSIS. Oversee day-to-day security operations and guard performance. Ensure all training and certification requirements are met for field staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation for state audits.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid BSIS Qualified Manager (QM) certificate. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role within the security industry. Deep understanding of California PPO laws and regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills.
