Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is sourcing for a Solutions Architect in the Identity Security space to join one of our customers full-time remote or in the Bay Area, CA.
This person will:
  • Own and deliver end-to-end technical strategy on deals — from discovery through close, including demos, architecture, and objection handling
  • Lead Proof-of-Value (PoV) engagements: design, configure, and execute live environments that demonstrate measurable impact in days
  • Partner directly with CISOs and identity architects to translate identity exposure into business risk + financial impact (FAIR / ALE)
  • Tell the product story — clearly articulate how company unifies identity visibility, risk quantification, and remediation across environments
  • Act as the technical deal driver — influencing expansion, shaping solution design, and accelerating procurement alongside sales This role can pay between $145k
  • 175k base salary depending on years of experience and skillset.

  • 5-8+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Security Architect) in cybersecurity or identity
  • Hands-on expertise across enterprise identity stack, including: IAM / Identity Governance PKI / certificate-based authentication (CBA) MFA + passwordless (FIDO / passkeys, biometrics, smart cards) [crunchbase.com]
  • Proven experience leading customer PoVs / pilots and driving technical validation that directly influences deal closure
  • Ability to map technical risk to business impact, ideally with exposure to risk quantification frameworks (FAIR / ALE)
  • Strong experience building and delivering live demos, POCs, and technical environments (not just slideware)
  • Comfortable presenting to both executives (CISO/board-level) and deep technical stakeholders (architects/engineers)
  • Track record of supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
  • Experience working with or adjacent to AI / agentic systems and understanding how AI impacts the identity landscape
  • Background in identity security platforms (Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint, etc.) or adjacent infrastructure security
  • Prior experience translating technical security problems into revenue / ROI narratives
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and modern identity frameworks
  • Experience creating field enablement assets (demo environments, battlecards, reference architectures)
  • Strong conference / public speaking presence (webinars, industry events, thought leadership)
  • Bias for action: thrives in high-growth, ambiguous environments and moves deals forward without waiting
