Job Description

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking to hire an IAM Manager to come onboard! This individual will support the day-to-day operations of the organization's Identity and Access Management (IAM) environment, with a strong focus on Okta administration and access lifecycle management. The role will involve close collaboration with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure users have appropriate access aligned with company policies and compliance standards. This is an operationally focused position supporting access provisioning, troubleshooting, and governance activities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
  • Process user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modification requests within defined SLAs
  • Perform account administration tasks including role assignments, group management, and entitlement updates
  • Administer and maintain IAM platforms (primarily Okta), directories, and authentication systems
  • Support onboarding of applications into IAM systems by configuring roles, access groups, and workflows
  • Assist with privileged access management (PAM) activities including credential updates and access fulfillment
  • Troubleshoot identity and access issues in collaboration with application owners and infrastructure teams
  • Monitor IAM queues, tickets, and alerts to ensure timely request and incident resolution

  • 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Information Security, or Systems Administration
  • Hands-on experience administering Okta
  • Okta Certified Professional Certification
  • Experience with user provisioning, access management, and lifecycle management processes
  • Experience with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Knowledge of RBAC, MFA, and identity governance concepts
  • Experience working within ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) in a structured environment Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage high volumes of access requests Okta Admin Cert Cybersecurity knowledge or background
