200664485-0157 Apple Global Security is seeking a highly experienced Crisis Management Technology Systems Product Manager to shape the technology Crisis Management leverages to monitor global events, respond and manage crisis, and provide emergency communications to employees. Description We are looking for a forward-thinking technology professional to lead the evolution of our global crisis management and threat intelligence systems.

In this highly collaborative role, you will partner with engineering, intelligence, and IS&T teams to modernize our technology ecosystem. By integrating AI, automation, and advanced data feeds, you will translate complex operational needs into scalable solutions that support live, high-pressure crisis response.

To be successful, you must bring a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic curiosity, and cross-functional influence. You will drive initiatives from concept to deployment, ensuring our teams have the cutting-edge tools they need to navigate global events.(Please note: This role is dedicated to advanced emergency communication and intelligence platforms, and does not support standard physical security technologies such as cameras or access control.) Responsibilities Support live crisis response operations by providing technical expertise and platform administration during high-tempo incidents. Lead the deployment of technology solutions supporting crisis management, threat monitoring, emergency notifications, and operational response capabilities. Drive innovation focused on automation, artificial intelligence, operational efficiency, and system modernization. Manage and optimize crisis management and threat intelligence platforms, integrations, workflows, and data feeds. Deliver automation gains across systems and processes. Improve alert accuracy and ensure resiliency. Own strategic technology roadmaps and support long-term capability planning for Global Security. Build business requirements documents (BRDs), operational workflows, and implementation plans for new technologies and system enhancements Identify gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and quality issues across systems, processes, and operational workflows. Coordinate cross-functional technology projects through the full software development lifecycle. Build strong partnerships across Global Security, IS&T, Engineering, and external vendors to continuously improve operational capabilities. Minimum Qualifications 8+ years of experience in project management, crisis management technology, or security systems. 5+ years of experience deploying solutions for business process enablement. Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proven ability to own product roadmaps, align stakeholders, and apply prioritization frameworks. Track record of translating business requirements into technical workflows to successfully ship features. Highly organized systems thinker capable of delivering pragmatic solutions in complex, high-pressure environments. Proficiency with project management tools and iWork. BA/BS degree. Preferred Qualifications 10+ years of experience in project management, crisis communication technology, or security systems, including 8+ years deploying business process solutions. Experience administering or deploying geospatial risk and emergency communication platforms (e.g., Everbridge, Visual Command Center). Experience integrating AI-enabled workflows, MCPs, and data stores to enhance business operations. Exceptional communication and diplomacy skills, with a proven ability to present complex information to leadership and build consensus across competing priorities. Track record of successfully delivering multiple complex projects concurrently. Ability to effectively measure and communicate program maturity and impact. MBA or MS degree.
