This position is ideal for a security professional with strong operations, client relations, and personnel management experience. The Account Manager will oversee a portfolio of security accounts, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and support the continued growth of our organization.

- Friday 10:00 AM
- 6:00 PM Flexibility is required to respond to client needs, emergencies, after-hours issues, and occasional weekend coverage.
With approval from the Vice President of Operations, schedules may be adjusted while maintaining an average 40-hour workweek.
Compensation & Benefits Annual Salary:

Previous supervisory experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). Understanding of employee scheduling, staffing, and workforce management. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours when business needs require. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations for assigned client accounts. Maintain exceptional client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Recruit, hire, train, coach, discipline, and when necessary, terminate employees in accordance with company policies. Develop and retain high-performing security personnel. Coordinate operational support services and resolve issues promptly. Ensure all client expectations and contractual obligations are met. Oversee employee scheduling, staffing levels, and coverage requirements. Review and approve payroll, timecards, PTO requests, and attendance records. Verify client invoice accuracy and approve processing. Respond to emergencies and client concerns after normal business hours when required. Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and client requirements. Additional Responsibilities Maintain regular communication with clients through meetings, phone calls, and correspondence. Provide professional security recommendations and operational guidance. Assist with new account transitions and implementation of security programs. Establish and maintain site-specific post orders and operational procedures. Support field operations when emergency staffing coverage is required. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing multiple security accounts or portfolios. Knowledge of scheduling software and workforce management systems.
