Job Description We are seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager VI to lead critical Cyber programs. The role requires deep program delivery expertise across governance, risk, compliance, and remediation, with the ability to coordinate across Cyber, IT, Network Security, vendors, and partners to drive measurable outcomes.Responsibilities:
Lead internal projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives through disciplined planning, control, and management. Own end-to-end execution for Cyber program workstreams, including integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs. Drive weekly execution cadence, facilitate issue resolution, and deliver leadership reporting. Coordinate efforts with internal teams and third-party vendors to plan, build, and implement solutions. Proactively identify and escalate risks with clear mitigation options and dependency management. Serve as spokesperson for specialized projects and champion initiatives that impact long-range goals.Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of enterprise program/project management with delivery of large, multi-workstream initiatives. Strong dependency, risk, and stakeholder management with executive-ready communication. Experience in complex, matrixed IT infrastructure environments. Proficiency with Jira or ADO, Confluence or Point, Smartsheet, and status dashboards. First-level university degree required; advanced degree preferred. 15 years of experience in project management or similar roles with deep knowledge of services operational policies and PM methodologies. PMP certification. Technical Skills Required (Cyber Programs): Governance, Risk and Compliance operating models. Control framework development and rollout. Risk register refresh and risk framework alignment. Compliance and certification efforts such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2. Third-Party Risk Management strategy and execution. Security platform and tool implementation management. Security assessment rollout, tracking, reporting, and remediation coordination. Working knowledge of network and firewall security concepts and related dependencies. Coordination of lab and platform integrations, audit readiness, evidence coordination, and remediation validation. Ability to explain technical gaps to non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Skills:
Experience in Infrastructure Operations and Program Delivery for CyberSecurity. Background managing audit and certification programs in large enterprises. Why BCforward?
