What You'll Do Engineer, implement, and monitor security controls that protect AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure and integrations Design and mature cloud security architectures that scale with platform growth and business demand Embed security into infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines through automation and policy-as-code Partner with application, platform, and operations teams to deliver secure, resilient cloud solutions Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging security technologies that strengthen cloud posture Translate security and technical requirements into clear risk insights for technical and business stakeholders Contribute to cloud security standards, patterns, and best practices across multi-cloud environments Develop automation and metrics that improve visibility, effectiveness, and operational maturity What you have Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field. 1-5 years of experience implementing or managing security controls in AWS and/or Azure environments Ability to design and apply cloud security controls that reduce risk while enabling delivery Experience securing cloud infrastructure using native and third-party security tools Ability to communicate security concepts clearly and influence partners across engineering and operations Experience working in regulated environments where security, compliance, and resiliency are critical Preferred Qualifications Experience securing workloads across multiple cloud platforms, including GCP Hands-on experience with cloud security tools such as Wiz, Prisma, Cortex Cloud, Orca Security, or Zscaler Experience using infrastructure-as-code and automation tools such as Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, Crossplane, Ansible, or Pulumi Experience embedding security into DevSecOps pipelines using tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, or similar platforms Knowledge of cloud and hybrid security architecture patterns Professional cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, or cloud security certifications Strong curiosity and commitment to staying current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security practices In addition to the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
