Job Description The analyst will work closely with Security Operations, Network Operations, Global Information Security, and local site IT teams to support the implementation of a new DMZ layer as part of a broader effort to mature the organization's environment. Responsibilities include firewall deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support, as well as contributing to security best practices and ongoing security initiatives. Minimum 5+ years of experience working in security operations, firewall administration, or enterprise network/security environments
Solid understanding of Layer 3 / Layer 4 networking concepts (VLANs, routing, traffic flows) and collaboration with Network Ops teams
Strong hands‑on experience with Palo Alto firewalls (VM and physical), including deployment, configuration, and support in an enterprise environment
Experience administering Palo Alto Panorama and managing firewall rules, policies, and perimeter security
Ability to troubleshoot complex firewall and encryption issues and support security incidents operationally
Experience with Cisco ASA or other enterprise firewall platforms
Experience supporting DMZ or iDMZ implementations or large‑scale security infrastructure projects
Familiarity with virtualized environments (VMware ESXi, Hyper‑V, Azure Local) and cloud technologies
Exposure to incident response, malware investigation, or security event management CISSP or equivalent security certification, or related formal security education
