Job Description

Description Do you enjoy supporting a variety of businesses by keeping systems secure, connected, and running at peak performance? If so, we're looking for a talented and experienced Network and Security Administrator to join our team.

What A Day In The Life Looks Like:
Manage Nesnah Ventures' and portfolio companies' networks, ensuring LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, and ICS systems run smoothly. Oversee Active Directory and Entra ID, handling user accounts, permissions, policies, and secure access controls. Co-maintain cloud infrastructure, virtual machines, storage, and network security measures. Administer VOIP and phone systems, including call recording, user setup, and vendor coordination. Monitor and enhance cybersecurity, implementing MFA, SSO, incident response plans, and training users on security best practices. Lead technology projects, upgrades, and automation initiatives to improve system efficiency and business continuity. Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, mail flow rules, spam filters, and email security policies
Qualifications and Experience:
Associate's degree in a technology-related field Minimum 4 years in technology with server & network management Microsoft Azure Platform Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 Microsoft Windows Remote Desktop Service Exchange Online Cisco & Meraki Switches Palo Alto Firewalls SonicWall Firewalls Vulnerability scanning Microsoft Windows Operating Systems Linux Avaya Phone System Camera Systems
TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, SSL
Proven ability to troubleshoot software and hardware-related issues Excellent strategic and business mindset Passion for helping and supporting customers and employees
Hours:
Monday - Friday with a rotating on-call schedule
