Job Description

Build toward self-service reporting capabilities
  • We re looking for someone with solid familiarity in OKTA, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and reporting who can
  • Partner with us to refine and document detailed reporting requirements; Design and implement a scalable solution; Ultimately enable a self-service reporting capability for the business, reducing manual effort and dependency over time Produce canned reports from Okta IGA
  • We need standardized, repeatable reports generated from Okta IGA covering
  • Access Requests, Group Creation; These reports should be suitable for operational review, audit support, and ongoing compliance needs. Address Okta data retention limitations with a phased approach
  • Okta IGA currently retains data for a maximum of three years, so we ll need to design a solution that accounts for this constraint.
A phased approach makes the most sense; Provide a card, dashboard, or defined method to generate and retrieve reports directly from Okta IGA for data within the three-year retention window; For data outside of that window, log into our S3 bucket account and retrieve the historical information needed to complete the report. This may involve defining the data structure, access method, and any transformation required to align with the Okta-generated reports.
