Contract Role Overview A forward-thinking, agile team is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead the definition, roadmap, and delivery of data products. This role will partner with marketing business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to define data-driven solutions. This position is essential in the mission to provide secure, scalable, and innovative data solutions. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for marketing data products, from discovery and requirements to roadmap definition, prioritization, and delivery. Partner with marketing stakeholders to translate business questions into clear, actionable product requirements. Collaborate with data engineers to guide the ingestion, transformation, and modeling of complex marketing datasets. Lead the design and implementation of reporting, dashboards, data products, and analytics products serving various marketing groups. Use AI-assisted tools to prototype ideas, speed up discovery, and de-risk engineering investment. Use data and discovery to inform decisions and validate key assumptions before committing resources. Help frame problems, prioritize across competing requests, and make trade-offs explicit. Conduct stakeholder demos, roadmap reviews, and backlog grooming in alignment with agile ceremonies. Develop and maintain strong relationships with both technical teams and marketing stakeholder groups.
Required Qualifications Experience:
A background in marketing, with prior experience in marketing analytics. Must be able to understand data.
Technical Skills:
Must be familiar with AI tools and demonstrate curiosity about emerging technologies. Preferred Qualifications SQL skills; ability to independently query, manipulate, and analyze large datasets. Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with scripting or statistical tools (e.g., Python, R). Familiarity with modern data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, dbt). Work Environment This position is on-site from Monday to Thursday.
