Job Description

Lead ETL Engineer We are seeking a Lead ETL Engineer to help build and scale a next-generation cloud data platform. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with expertise in data warehousing, ETL development, cloud data platforms, and data governance. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain ODS, EDW, data lakes, and data marts. Develop scalable batch and real-time ETL pipelines using I nformatica Cloud, AWS, Azure Data Factory, and SQL-based tools. Create data models, architecture diagrams, and reusable ingestion frameworks. Optimize data warehouse performance, scalability, and reliability. Lead data governance initiatives including data lineage, cataloging, and data quality. Troubleshoot production issues and deliver production-grade ETL solutions. Build automated testing frameworks and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and proof-of-concepts. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in data warehousing and ETL development. 3+ years in a technical lead role. 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Redshift and Informatica Cloud. 3+ years of Python development experience. Strong expertise in OLAP data modeling, performance tuning, and large-scale data environments. Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub. Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards (SOC 2, PCI DSS). Fintech or financial services experience. Experience with business intelligence, compliance analytics, and enterprise data platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
