Job Description:
Looking for Junior Data Engineer with 1-2 years of experience Data Engineering & ETL Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows to ingest, transform, and deliver data across the enterprise Optimize pipeline performance, reliability, and monitoring; implement alerting for data quality issues and failures Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources (APIs, databases, flat files, streaming) Azure & Cloud Infrastructure Hands-on experience with Azure data services: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and Azure SQL Deploy and manage cloud-based data infrastructure; leverage Azure DevOps for CI/CD of data workflows Apply cloud cost optimization best practices and enforce security/governance standards (RBAC, encryption, compliance) Data Modeling Design and implement dimensional and relational data models (star/snowflake schemas, normalized models) to support analytics and reporting Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into logical and physical data models
