7-10 Years We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with a strong background in data architecture and analytics, particularly with expertise in Tableau (Tableau Desktop & Tableau Prep Flow) . The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support data analytics and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Utilize Tableau to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Utilize Tableau PrepFlow to create/enhance, efficient & scalable data pipeline. Implement data quality checks and ensure data integrity across various data sources. Optimize existing data processes and workflows for efficiency and performance. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering and visualization. Mentor junior data engineers and provide guidance on best practices in data management and visualization.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in, Tableau Prep Flow & Tableau Desktop for data preparation, data visualization and dashboard creation. Proficient in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep Flow , SQL and experience with relational databases. Experience with ETL tools and data integration techniques. Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data technologies.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with programming languages such as Python or Java. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and tools. Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards. Experience with NoSQL databases. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in data engineering or a related role. Proven experience in using Tableau for data visualization. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. If you are a passionate Data Engineer with a strong Tableau background and a desire to drive data-driven decision-making, The pay range for this role is $100k - $125k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
