Job Description

Data Engineer/Developer:
Required Skills 5+ years of Strong Developer Experience with ANSI complaint databases such as Postgres and Snowflake using Python and/or Perl. Thorough Knowledge of SQL. Strong development skills in Python using database interfaces such as SQLAlchemy/ODBC. Experience with Agile and DevOps. Experience with Linux and Windows, Scripting. Good understanding of Azure and/or AWS CSP (CLI based application design and implementation). Strong communication and written skills. Desired Skills Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS CLI based application design and implementation. Knowledge of security controls for the Public cloud ( encryption of data in motion/rest and key management ). Developing monitoring architecture and implementing monitoring agents, dashboards, escalations and alerts. Experience with architecting and maintaining high availability production systems. Snowflake certification a plus.
