This role requires a hands on technical leader with deep expertise in Spark/Scala, modern data engineering practices, and complex multi-source data integration. The Technical Lead will own end to end delivery, drive engineering excellence, and ensure the platform evolves with strong automation, reusable patterns, and optimized performance. Technical Skills 8-10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical lead role. Expert-level Spark and Scala development experience. Strong background in data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and large scale data integration. Experience with metadata driven architectures or dynamic pipeline frameworks. Microsoft Azure/ Fabric Certified Experience with Azure is must GitHub, CI/CD, Spark Job Definition, etc.
